Getting off my ass…hitting the treadmill along with some shoulder rehab stuff. Exciting shit…BLAH!!!

Ehh…there hasnt been much exciting shit going on for awhile probably wont be for awhile on my end. Not until this shoulder decides to behave and Im done with the whole leaning up kick im on.

Tough guy persona? Never though I came across that way… grumpy and bitchy would be more like it on my end LOL

Treadmill again… Hopefully my shoulder and other issue will allow me to start back on some kettle bell swings. Hopefully I will start back on the weights in another week or so. Going to have to baby the right shoulder for awhile longer. Had the the on site Physical Therapist at work take a look at it. Structurally it sound in her opinion,

Your are looking trim and fit. Thats a great photo. Sorry to read the shoulder condition persists hopefully time will heal.

Thanks…still would like to drop down even more like I originally planned. Well at least I can make out my ABZ LOL . The shoulder just pisses me off to no extent.

Did 200 kettle bell swings yesterday and some treadmill… getting back into the groove again , going to squat tomorrow.

Sorta made a DYI kettle…at the moment just using 55lbs since the goal is conditioning its doing the job.

Back under the Bar …lowered my working weight back since im slightly detrained . At least the hip issue I was dealing with is BYE BYE.Now if the DAMN shoulder will clear the hell up.
Was going to walk on Treadmill decided hell with it , will get on the hamster wheel tomorrow.

Post season High school Football is starting… SOON around the the corner WRESTLING season starts. Im Jacked lets see if the Pup and punch his ticket to state this year.

55 is more than enough for conditioning. 200 reps with that weight should test you pretty good no matter how many sets you break it up into.

20 sets maybe 15 seconds rest between maybe more towards the end.

Your kettlebell work prompts me to consider dusting off my 60 pounder. I think 200 rep conditioning is just right; makes my deadlifts feel lighter and me harder (unfortunately not in the important place).

God I would hope that it didnt make your important place Hard… Guy could risk a injury doing K swings in that situation.

Real rough weekend… Been running a low fever between 100-101.5 since Friday night.

Hope you feel better. I have a cold that took me two weeks to get over. Hopefully, yours passes more quickly. Stuff is definitely going around.
