Found out last night that I have a guest coming over tomorrow . Shifted my session to tomorrow to make the house presentable.
Looked in the mirror last night and made a discovery. Even with the increase caloric intake from the reverse diet phase im still lossing fat. I purposely pushed out the gorilla gut and found my “chesticals” extended past the gut from the side now.
Thats a win in my book!
On a side note… I might need to tweak the nutritional ratios on the app. Because my cravings for protein sorces is going through the roof.

Ez bar curl: 20/3 TR 20…. Tried the new bar. Nope dont like it. Great for skull crushers but the angle of the grip makes it feel like a hammer curl and I felt very little in the biceps. Which i was wondering about that when it came in.
