App lowered my cals by 250 cals a day after checking in this morning.
I was expecting it since i haven’t been putting as many steps in at work lately. We’ll thats what I get for not compensating by getting on the Airdyne

Well, I don’t have nuts to kick but I usually get the flu or covid every December (sometimes both
). Puts me down for a solid week with a two week recovery after. Super fun.

Well… im feeling good that im starting to see light at the end of the tunnel. Ill be jumping for joy once the excessive amout of lard that was acquired during my layoff is gone. Then i can get back to a point I can eat in away that will support my lifting and recovery.
