The lack of self discipline along with accountability is astounding.

Dynamic box squats: (SSbar)10 x 2 @ 60%… think its in my best intrest next week to use a slightly higher box ( just 2 inches higher) this will be about parallel

Deadlift: top set of 8

Dead/RDL 2 x 12

Hamstring curls( on reverse hyper) 3 x 15

Rack suitcase deads ( holds) : 3 x 30 seconds each hand.

Me and the oldest are having a debate regarding the number of work sets he’s doing on Deads

Above is his last set at 3x5@475 today.

Im advising only one top working set on these.

Well… Almost down to my prefeast weight this morning. Been compensating by dropping my cals by 500 cals a day from my preset daily ramge since Sunday. Im sure im giving the apps algorithm a stroke due to the wild weight fluctuation.

That set looked like it still moved pretty well for a last set. Nothing wrong with a little deadlift volume depending on the goal and the % he is working at.

Currently he can get away with it since he’s not in new territory. Im waiting on him to fry his lower back which he’s done in the past. Main concern is his ability to recover from it.

In all seriousness coming this Saturday, when i do the weekly check in on the app . I will be making sure that i mark it as non compliant with the established ranges. Otherwise its probably going to readjust things unnecessary.

Seated BTNP: 3 x 8 easy. Found that if I Incline my adjustable bench slightly on these it seems to allow things to move better with less torque.

Viking press: 3 x 10

Close grip swiss bar bench: 3 x 8

Tate presses : 3 x 12

Face pulls: 2 x 20
