At the time so so. It did the job within reason to deal with post op inflammation from what i recall.

New shoes came in. OH God ! They feel great. They actually allow my feet to spread out and not be smashed together like in a vice. Next squat session is Sunday so we will see how good of a solid base they give

Nice session felt strong as hell. Conditioning is better and muscle coordination improving.

Down the road im hoping to start putting in some neutral grip pull ups. Deepending on how my shoulders handles them along with dips.

Squat : pro 5 fsl … ended up doing 5x8 oh the fsl. Was toying with the idea of the Rhodes model . But decided i wanted to keep intensity down and focus on volume to dialing in form

Goodmornings: 5 x 10 @ some weight

Step ups to a high box: screw those Bulgaria split squats. I dont get a booner over them like some. Besides im just using these as a accessory to address any imbalances in the lower body. Im getting plenty of simulation from squats at the moment.

Standing Band crunched: a shit ton.

  1. Looks like ill need to focus on shoulder mobility hard again. IF i want to bring in my grip for a better shelf and tighter upper back.

Oldest is staying overnight here for the funeral. Currently hes lifting in rhe garage.. after hes done im going to get under the bar a do some light squats to verify my squat depth with the few tweaks ive done.

Parallel or below.

Personally i think they’re overrated.

It’s pretty much a given that anything the Bulgarians did was more to weed out the weak than to develop the strong.
