True… i guess we will see. Maybe i should not complain . Even though i wont log it on the app i weighted myself after work.Im down 20.5 lbs since i fired back up. Between that and trying to get back into the groove of lifting. I honestly starting to wear down a little.
Well on a bright note … at least i have a reasonable Training maxes i can work with going into another training cycle.
