Well im not going to train super heavy with them as in 80% plus of a 1RM. More of a medium range focusing on hypertrophy work.

Viking press: 5pro fsl… did a few joker sets on a whim for a manageable single . Yeah next cycle ill bump my TM up to 85% of that single.

Er. my best has been about 820 for 10 reps. I can feel those. Today I got 610 for 3 x 10 without much effort.

Trust me you’ll beat those numbers.

1 month… down 17lbs in bodyweight.

Can see a decrease in Subcutaneous fat
In certain spots already.

Definitely a decrease in bloat in the gut.

Worked up some jokers seys to get a better idea of a true TM at this stage. I probably pushed it more than i should. Hit a butt ugly 315. My upper back was like what the hell are you doing as it fought to maintain tightness . Lucily i didnt snap my shit up.

Ok ill be honest i just got lazy and said hell with the rest of my assesory work tonight. Besides i was coming more focus on my little lady coming down for the weekend.

Im curious to see how things pan out on the calorie increase by the app. MY Gut is telling me things might come to a halt or slow way down. Some reason in my head the math isnt mathing.

True… i guess we will see. Maybe i should not complain . Even though i wont log it on the app i weighted myself after work.Im down 20.5 lbs since i fired back up. Between that and trying to get back into the groove of lifting. I honestly starting to wear down a little.

Well on a bright note … at least i have a reasonable Training maxes i can work with going into another training cycle.
