I’ve been making mine watch a lot of 80’s/ 90’s movies like, Ghostbusters, Back to the Future, Bill and Ted, Groundhog day. And my son watches all the old Arnie moves and loves them too.

SQUAT: 5/3/1 pro plus 2 joker sets 3 reps each , reps in the tank. ( regular bar)
FSL: 3 X8 @ 70% … used the yoke bar . Shoulders were cooked .

GMs: 5 x10 @ sw
Step ups : 5x5 @ sw
Bench sit ups : 5 x10

Yes the Inzers felt allot better and i felt stronger in them.

Yeah he does. In the trailer they are WAY over doing the amount of blood that this movie is going to have in it to the point it looks super cheesy.
