Max effort upper:
Buffalo Bar Bench: 295lbs/133.8Kgs x 1 ⦠Well that sucked. Well I stayed true to the method itself at least. Since the whole purpose is to strain under a top weight for the Day without form going to shit. Plus I made sure to get the advised volume in , with at least 3 total reps at the 90% plus range.
JM Press SSbar: 3 x 5-8 @ SW
Was feeling worn so I went in full pump mode and hit the pecs , lats and triceps with allot of volume but low intensity . Note: when I referee to intensity I normally am talking a prescribed % range and not specifically perceived intensity.
Well after I got started I realized that my schedule being off and trying to correct it was going to cost me. Considering that this was a 3rd pressing day in 8 days with the last being only Sunday. Yeah , my old ass does not recover that fast.
Iāll be honest beginners have no business doing a conjugate approach on their own.

Looking on line I think allot of individuals do not have a handle on how to use Max effort correctly or what exactly that it is and isnt.

Floor press: Worked up to a top set of 315lbs/ 142.8 kg x 5 ā¦wow really rusty at these havenāt done these in years
Seated halo presses: 3 x 10-12 @ sw
