Standing OHP: 180 x 6 … did not push it keep reps in the tank
3 x 5 @ 145 … FYI dropped my Training max on these slightly
Dips: 50 total reps
Pulldowns: 5 x 10 @ SW …on a him I did these as a super set with dips
Also did some light direct bicep work
Band pull aparts : 100 total reps.

Pretty much a garbage session… got some work in and thats about it. Just wasnt into it mentally for some reason so I was just going through the motions. Need to do some minor tweaks on the assistance stuff .

Squats: 5 x 3 @ 70% …Finally had a decent squat session!! Actually had some power and explosiveness going on .
