You do a lot of behind the neck Press and not as much normal pressing. Any reason for this?
I assume your talking about any type of front overhead pressing?
Front pressing does jack and shit for actually working my shoulders as a whole, With me anyway my triceps will take over most of the time on front pressing. Here is the thing …BTNP have developed a reputation as a shoulder wrecker , which to me is bullshit. ( I share the same opinion as Paul Carter on this look it up)
