his squats or his dislike for bench? To be honest I dont have as much of love for the movement as some might think.

Squats.

Squats arent going to be hard to correct… slowly breaking his subconscious need of going ATG all the time and getting him settled on just breaking parallel. Plus getting him settled into a few minor technique tweaks.

330 x 10/6 … form was off and these felt like ass so I didnt push it. Had reps in the tank but they would have looked like shit

Walking Barbell lunges: 3 x 50 feet @ SW… oh my . Defiantly found a weakness
GHR: 5 x 10…suuucked
Hammer swings: 3 rounds …pulled out the 20lbs sledge . Time to really start working these harder
