Yeah, that the main thing. Going into a Meet im pretty jacked up and I tend to burn myself out mentally during a meet. So knowing that I probably can get my last attempt is one less stresser on me.

MMMMMMMM…not actually sure if id call it a actual PR since I hasn’t been that long since Ive reinstated higher rep back off sets. If I remember right back when I was younger I had hit 275 x 20 on several different occasions…

425 x 1 …(belt less) pretty damn easy
365 X 10…SOB!!! fell way short of the target reps I was gunning for. The strength was there and my conditioning was fine, But I was dealing with some fatigue.
Shut it down , Instinct kicked in and told me I was just done.
I was tired mentally and physically going into this session. I’m on my second week of 10 hour work days. The change in my actual sleep is playing havoc on my old ass.
Going to watch BP throw this afternoon.

All in all pretty easy session. Definitely made up for the crap squat session from earlier on this week.
