Gotta feeling its going to be awhile before it gets interesting…

Slapped some weight on the oldest doing dips… according to him he could have gone heavier no problem. So next week I will oblige him.

The youngest pup in the litter took the wrestling mat this past weekend… He went 4 and 1 and only lost by 3 points in the one match.

Did some deads last night… after my physical therapist tried to remove my scapula from my body.

Plan on doing some overhead work with the PUP in a few… after words im going to do a shit ton of rowing.

How did the sans-scapula deads go?

The deadlifting went well not great even after the PT more or less raped my scapula…

Looking back over the past year… I’m ,pretty FUCKING pissed!! First part of last year I could taste a 1600 total. Then the bottom fell out. So now im on the slow path of healing up and rebuilding.[/quote]
It’s the way of it. And a rare one who hasn’t been in the same boat at our age. Sometimes I find the climb back to be fun. Other times, not so much.

Well, the fun is just beginning. Hopefully your back will get stronger, feel better and the deads will keep improving.

I would rather skip the fun of climbing back up

Well my actual weakness is now my upper back… But I do hope improving my upper back strength will hopefully help my shoulder by getting rid of the strength imbalance.

YIPPY… Tonight was the first time my PT was able to get my left Scapula to move!!!

.

Slapped a wheel on him yesterday…

Nope… just like the flag. Plus my son school are known as the Pirates.
Im just wondering how long it will take him to surpass my better lifts from when I was younger.

Plus video highlights from the Pups session yesterday

Row row row… that the plan for the day

Did some squats tonight using a manta ray… have a follow up with the Ortho Friday.
