I hear you. I tried them the other day and thought I was doing good and then tried 425 and if I didn’t manage to pull it up I would have tripped right over the bar I was so far forward.
When you bench over 400 you don’t need to be able to pull sumo, so you have an excuse but I don’t!

I respectfully disagree…In reality I don’t believe I will use sumo in a meet. At most Im hopping it will have carry over to my conventional by bringing up my hip strength more.
Have to say that video is right on and accurate for my lifting. One thing is for certain the more I think I know and am sure the more it becomes apparent that I don’t know as much as I thought and there is so much more to learn it sometimes feels overwhelming.
