last time i did low carbs like this it took a couple weeks for my body to adjust.

Well… may or may not lift tomorrow I’ve just started this past Friday on CarbNite by John Keifer which Mark Bell is currently using right now,I believe. At this point Ive dumped almost 10 lbs of mostly water and have pretty much used up a majority of my glycogen in my system.

It does take time for your body to adjust, but it will. Its tough to pack on muscle low carb, but you can still get in good workouts and even get stronger once your body adjusts to it, especially if you really blow it out on carb night.

True… at this early point my goal is to strip off excess body fat and just maintain my strength until a certain point. Then Ill switch over and start with back loading.

It absolutely works. Eggs, cheese and avocados were my best friend because its hard to get satiated on just meat and veggies.

sure

Really in a fowl mood right now.

Well pretty much had a shit squat session. I knew I should have skipped it and lifted tomorrow . But im a stubborn son of a bitch. Worked up to my first working set with 410 x 5, it should have been easy it wasn’t. My Second set of three went to hell… Felt freaking heavy and awkward to the point that I got out of the grove and was thrown forward. In the process I tweaked my left calve I said fuck it and shut it down.
