My point is that Dave is posting better numbers than me and has nothing to be embarrassed about. If Dave had entered the meet, he would have lifted better than some of the lifters. He would do just fine in a meet.

Looking forward to it. If I can hit my gym numbers i will be fine but I wouldn’t be the first to bomb out at a meet.
A little FYI for those that might be interested. After thinking it over Ive decided to possibly pack up my belongings and move out of T nation. Or at the very least limiting my time here. I am thinking of going to Blogger and setting up a page there.

Pretty much knew going into it this morning the session wasnt going to be very productive. I already planned on not doing any pulling today and doing them later on this week. Since im not in Meet mode im giving myself some leeway. For some reason my hips felt tight as hell and I pretty much had next too zero “POP” out of the hole.The only bright side was that this session was slightly better then last week ,but that not saying much.Out of a five point scale id give it a 2.5 and thats being generous.
