I am starting my bulking cycle tomorrow, and was curious what would be a good workout to perform. I am an avid reader, and am familiar with many of the workouts (ABBH, HST, OVT, etc). What, from experience, has been a good routine to add quality mass?
You probably wont like this answer but to be honest they will all give you good results if your diet is adequate.
There is more then one way to skin a cat. I know people want to optomize there training so they want to use the very BEST program but the problem is there is no best program. Anything by Staley, CT, CW, DeFranco, King, etc will give you good results.
Pick something that fits in your schedule and that you ENJOY.
