On the subject of bulking foods, what kind of cheap ways are out there to get in protein? I’m getting in plenty right now but chicken is kind of burning a whole in my budget because I eat about half of the 3lb bag per day and each bag is 11 bucks.

Wouldn’t eating that much ground beef be fucking awful for you?

I’ve always been under the assumption that getting that much cholesterol would be detrimental to health. Perhaps I’m a moron.

Great teamwork.
Damn, I lost my omelet
bro-core to the max! My only beef with the beef in that kind of daily bulk is if your buying the hormone-laced-chemical-shit-laden stuff you buy at your family friendly grocer…Grass fed would get expensive as fuh! Unless you dont mind liver which is around $2/lb …I dont mind it so much lol
I look to get about 50-75g of protein from powders to keep money management well…manageable

You are 135lbs, there is about zero need for you to eat like a competitive bodybuilder prepping for a show.

Yeah I know, 135 is too low!!! The reason why I am clean bulking, is coz that way I get to bulk for a longer period of time. So I get to bulk (eat more food) for say 2 years instead of one
I just love eating… [/quote]
You love eating but you only eat 2800 a day while you lift weights with intensity? LMAO…
“Bulking” is not about eating exactly “2800” calories per day or limiting your self to certain foods. Eat to gain weight…if you prefer doing it by eating all “clean” then by all means do it but don’t make it so complicated.
Eat every time you aren’t full, eat A LOT after your workouts, always have protein in your meals and lift with intensity. As you get stronger and bigger your body will be able to handle more food. You’re going to be like “4 eggs doesn’t fill me up anymore, let me add 2 more” and so on. It’s kind of simple actually.
fa show ronaldo…in high school 6 eggs was enough for me now I’m up to a dozen…thing is I’m no where near where I want to be
Where is the olive oil? Toss some in shakes or on food and it will add up quickly. I doubt you will even notice the taste.
tube steak slathered in underwear is clean enough for a bulk

Exactly!! I am at 3000 cals now, seeing some very good results, but the chicken is killing me! 1/2 pound each of chicken and beef everyday is f****ng expensive

Yeah, as I said, I am not stuck at 2800. It’s currently what I am eating. Or rather what I WAS eating, now at 3000. The reason I make it so ‘complicated’ IS coz I love to eat. Left on my own, I would devour 2 pizzas everyday, followed by half a jar of PB and a box full of granola, only counting calories and sticking to a number, no matter how high it is, keeps me in check ![]()

Alright then, kicking out on of my HAWT ABZZZ days
thanks to all you guys for your inputs. A little off topic, I am contemplating taking creatine. Any suggestions? I am currently leaning towards getting Prolab Creatine Monohydrate
Aniurudh412 you’d probably get a bunch more responses if you made a seperate thread. You could also use the search feature, as I am sure there are tons of previous posts and articles about creatine.
Please dont make a separate thread about using creatine.
Just use it. Biotest sells it.
