Bulking, No Progress

Eat more, be patient, as others have mentioned, it has only been one month.

What did you expect?

Holy shit. I can’t say anything that hasn’t been said already.

One month is insignificant. A month in bodybuilding should be like a fart that slipped out at lunch - yeah, you’re conscious of its existence, but it doesn’t really mean anything and is quite insignificant.

Equal parts wise and lulz

Thanks Guys!

For dinner you ate a cheese sandwich, drank a glass of milk and a bit of yogurt.

I’m surprised you didn’t turn into the hulk right then and there.[/quote]

HIT ON DEBORAH, GET REJECTED!
Hahahaha

Seen the following mistake a million times. The newbie ups the calories = Great. But then they up the training and burn more calories then before. It balances out and they remain calorie deficient.

Some people need a little extra time to condition themselves to eating more. In such cases the training volume should not be increased drastically as the stomach cannot keep up.

I now recommend people do the following (if their training routine is not completely silly): “Train exactly the same way, but EAT A LOT MORE. Cut down on cardio if anything. Then lets talk in a month.”
Unless you have sickness this will always result in weight gain (fat/muscle) and you can adjust from there.

Add to unrealistic expectations…
