Built for battle weekly progression

I’ve read the article for 2-3 time and using the power look group. I’m about done with my first week and I am confused, my question is do I continue with the same 3RM for all 9 weeks or is each Monday a NEW 3RM test

I don’t 100% remember, but I think you used
Monday to work up to a 3RM and then based your week off that, correct?

If so, every week is based on a theoretically new 3RM.

In practice, I’d be surprised if it’s not pretty consistent week to week for the most part.
