5 minutes of ABCs: 24 reps
Tabatta front squats: 8 sets of 14 reps
10 minute sandbag session 150 lb sandbag 6-4-2-4-6 sandbag to shoulder to 50 ft carry left side.
5 minutes of ABCs: 26 reps(18 unbroken)
Tabatta front squats: 6 sets of 12 2 of 10
10 minute sandbag session: 2-4-6-4-2-4-6 right side
5 minutes of ABCe 26 reps (21 unbroken)
Tabatta front squats ( 14, 12, 12, 14, 8, 6, 14 , 12)
10 minute sandbag 2-4-6-4-2-4-6 bearhug carries
21-18-15-12-9-6-3 KB swings and burpees with 50 full ROM ab wheel to close out.
My god I love coming up with conditioning ideas. Workouts like this are so fun to try because it’s idiot proof, I just go along with the timer and just send it. And on that note I’m going to definitely test my LC for KB sport more often and at the end of this block. I’m becoming so comfortable with the kettlebells and cleaning and all of the damn front squats is making my front rack second nature. Either way doing something everyday sometimes multiple times a day is a great way to hammer in neurological adaptation. Got widowmakers tomorrow morning and then work after that so gotta get to eating. Got indoor cycling later today and might do a little more work if I feel like it.
