Building Strongman Equipment

I am contacting a local welder to build some things for me and was wondering does anyone have specs or know of articles/forums of specs of strongman equipment that can be welded. I have specs for a metal log. I’m trying to find decent specs on prowler type sled, farmers handles and other strongman equipment.
