I am 2 weeks into Phase 2 of IBB but my work schedule is making it hard to work out 5 times a week, so I decided to go back to a split routine, 3 (maybe 4) times per week.
This breaks my heart, as I love IBB and the movements/principles involved. How could I build a split routine with some of the same movements/principles.
Also, I will not be purchasing a third set of the Anaconda Protocol basically due to me not having the money to fork out every 5-6 weeks for it. I have heard of people drinking Surge Recovery before, during, and after their workout, with a meal shortly after. I will probably be doing that if its advised.
Thibs just wrote a good article on getting in and out of gym quickly with routine.
I don’t currently do Anaconda protocol. I say just use Surge before and during and have a meal later.

If Surge Recovery is your only peri-workout nutrition supplement, try consuming it prior to and during training. The follow-up with Grow! Whey after training.

By the way, I workout in the mornings, so would it be possible to just eat a solid meal after my workout instead of the protein shake, and save that for later?
