Building a Base for Strongman

This log is intended to help track and improve lifts and training to begin to train in the Strongman method.

I do not have an interest in competing in a Strongman competition rather my only interest is to lift heavy shit and maybe at some point veer towards training for a local Highland Games competition.

I welcome you to follow along. This will be the only log I keep. I feel inclined to mention the majority of the lifts and training I’ll share early in this Strongman process will by design be dedicated to building strength. Please feel free to leave comments, critiques, and constructive criticism (keep it positive).
