You own everything I don’t: awesome arms, delts and strenf. Seems like a good session, I really like seated military myself, they are just awkward to setup in power racks and lots of the dedicated ones are literally unrackable without a spotter (sounds like you managed though, beast)
That’s an awesome workout. Even more impressive considering that you prob only ate like 2 peas and 1/2 a chicken breast beforehand lol. Arms/shoulders are looking sick.
Cruz Iglesias – I look as good as maybe 40% of half of your awesomeness.
Aggar – nah, not true bro. A leaner arm just looks better in skimpy clothing, pumped, and in pics. Your arms still dominate in thickness. Gonna be insane when you diet down to shreddsville.

bigmac – ha! thanks dude. Actually I had around a lb of chicken split into 2 meals before, with salad, so not THATTT bad. Was a sick workout nonetheless. I prefer to do delts by themselves, but in a scenario when I’m eating so little, I’d rather do an abbreviated workout before arms since neither is that taxing on the CNS, and take that extra day to rest.
Had quite a wild night last night, def drank more than I should have, hahahaha. Carlos and another t-nat member were there. Many lulz were had. Refeeding today. I’m very full. Luv.

Sounds like a smart move as far as the split goes. Gotsta protect teh CNS. Serious nutrient depletion + too much neural fatigue is probably the worst feeling in the world.

Doing shoulder presses and couldn’t control the heavy DB on the right side, and held on to it while it fell backwards, which rotated my arm in the direction it’s not supposed to go, and well, there’s goes the shoulder ![]()

Sux. That’s similar to how I tore my trap when I was 12.
Bug- FOund someone with the book and got my hands on it. Got a question about it…(and probably more as i keep going)
Do you change your volume at all? Or change exercises or frequency as the book suggests?
