Deadlifts - so I guess what I’ve been doing is doing a 3x3 week, a 3x6 week, and a 1x3-6 week for deads. Been working so far, but I’m regaining old strength so prob anything would work. Feelsgood. Still hate these fucking plates.

475 x 3 x 3 – these were pretty EZ mode. Only thing really that makes them harder is that each rep the bar rolls around awkwardly so I spend a lot of time in that stretched position. By the 3rd set, I have a pretty good hamstring pump going. All my deadlifting has been beltless, btw.

Lying leg curls – bread and butter hamstring movement. As sex in my legs as rope pressdowns for arms. Kept Kai Greene in mind while doing these.

jake – far from it! actually I think i did a little too much, or I was just a pussy and didn’t force myself to eat. I was nauseous until I went to bed (slash all night), slept horribly (though I was stressed about today so that didn’t help)… so yeah, lol.

I’m at my apartment waiting for the furniture movers to arrive… of course they are currently half an hour late… ughhhh. And I’m afraid the bed frame isn’t gonna fit in ze elevator. I will be mucho excited once it’s all moved in.

“Deload” bench / do whatever I wanted to do. Strength just wasn’t there today at all, so I took it easy. No sleep and stress tends to do that. Also, I dunno what it is, but the past couple months, any kind of incline movement leaves my shoulder/chest tie in, particularly on the left side, feeling weak and funky. Gonna take a break from inclines for the time being and try and figure out what the dealio is.

Incline barbell press - used to be my bread and butter movement, but i guess not anymore!

Det is on his way here to help me move my bedframe up. The fagg0t movers wouldnt do it since it didn’t fit in the elevator. Wanted to charge 250 bucks LOL. YARITE. Then I think we’re gonna go grab some food.
