Lol wut. Just dropping in reallll quick before hittin the bars. Spent most of the day doing interview prep, pool, then a half assed (at best) workout. god amazin I am drunk.

it was actually a really shitty workout. I wasn’t into it at all, just kinda got a little stimulation (TWSS) and bounced.

Was gonna hit back today but I’m gonna let my LB rest up a bit more, then have a STRONG bench session tomorrow (1 week!) before flying out Tuesday afternoon.

So for about a week or so now I feel like I’ve been looking softer/more watery in the middle. Not sure what is the culprit is… diet hasn’t changed a whole lot (read: at all), the only thing that’s really changed is doing a bit less volume and less arm work. I wonder if the decreased work is making me softer? lol.

Regardless, going to tighten the diet up a little this week, and throw in a little cardio to see what happens. It didn’t really help that I ate like a goddamned sumo wrestler yesterday.

You still doing MDD/Leangains IF?

Decreased lifting volume will definitely do it too, if you don’t compensate by adding some other kind of activity (Prowler, sprints, walking, wild monkey sex, etc).

Steel (lol, penis reference), I’m still doing IF quite well, and it’s been harder to eat more than 1/3 meal a day MDD approved lately. This is just a short term set back and not a big deal. I will compensate the lessened volume with a lil cardio or something.

Ok so I am seriously over the gym having 95000 people in it from the hours of 2PM till 8PM. A lot of people like to chat me up while I’m warming up.. and it takes forever to get the equipment you want.. I prob walked in the gym at 6 and didn’t hit my first warmup set till after 6:15. lol. ANYWAYS, despite having a hard time getting “into it”, I did well. And there was a girl working out next to me with a perfect female body (think Dasher, but with a face) while I was benchin. Amazin.

Bench press - I couldn’t get the leg position right today. I think I know why, and it’s not a big deal. And I got the shittiest bar in the whole gym. I figured I’d stick with it, rather than wait, so next time that I bench with a good bar, it’ll feel even better.

Incline barbell - each set with 185 I changed my grip a little (brought it in) to feel out what felt best. I noticed on the first set (widest, pinkies on the rings), I still wanted to tuck my elbows h-core. The last set felt the easiest (pinkies 2-3 inches inside rings). Sorry for all the text lol.

One-armed “Cordova” cable extensions - for the laterl head. Shoulda watched the video before cuz I dunno if I was doing it right, but it felt good.
#3 x 15 per arm, no rest, 4 times back and forth.

Great pump, got a tri stretch, did some foam rolling, and biz-ounced. Flying out tomorrow, so prob no lifting unless I’m feeling amazin and the hotel gym is ok (unlikely). Wednesday afternoon I’m meeting up with some guys (Stuntman Mike and detazahoth from here) to lift at TPS before I fly home Wednesday night.
