Dominated some Meadows arms today. I dont have time to write down everything, but I will say that after barely sleeping and shit I was glad to still be strong, beat all numbers from last week, and put up 315x6 on closegrip with one left in the tank (a grinder or maybe an assisted rep but still)

ok thats all I got. Diet starts this week! Wooo. And I got my measurer thingy from BB’ing.com (I broke my last one before I went to Japan) and my left arm is 18 yay! right is 17.75. Forearms are 15, waist is 38 lolz

Nikki, I’ve been to Japan 3 times. I was living there for 6 months in 2010, hence why I’m still just as weak as I was for most of last year, lol. Since I’ve been back, I’ve been spinning my wheels drinking way too much haha. And Im super stoked to diet because unlike bulking, diet results can be seen in a matter of WEEKS, and later on, days, not months and even years. Woot. It’s gonna suck being small again though.

Workout was good, but it was SO FUCKING PACKED. and, the powerlifting team was having their ‘practice’ and after one dude let me come in and use the heavy DB’s (there was NO ONE on that side of the room), some dickhead team captain or something came over and said i had to take them outside with “the others”. i was like ‘you have to be joking’, etc, but nopeee. had to carry out a 125 and a 140. Fucking asshole. he’ll get a piece of my mind later.

Today was DAY 1 of the diet and it was AMAZING. The worst hunger pang was a few hours after the morning pulse, but after that it was smooooth sailing. I could really feel my pre-workout supps kicking in when it was gym time. Strength was good. Went heavier on the press and twists and that raped my strength for the rest of the workout from the unbelievable pump.

Oh, and I went into the gym around 2PM do do cardio (20 min elliptical. god a quad pump in 2 min lolo). My cardio endurance sux.
