was feeling “foggy” today but once i got into training, felt great. “cheated” a bit today (ate prob 200g of carbs from fruit snacks and granola bars in the mid afternoon), but w/e, i’ll be ok. had about 1/4 of my regular pre-workout carbs to make up for it (and i was still feeling bloated lololol). One-legged plate-loaded leg curls
1pps x 10, 10 (LR, LR)
1pps and 25s x 10 drop 1pps x 8ish drop 1plate x 10ish. One drop set per leg (obvi).
One set walking lunges finisher.
Leg press calves, seated calves (2 working sets per).
Then I did some foam rolling, pulldown abs, and 10min cardio. Good day, I’m beat.
