Ate poorly yesterday and Sat. evening, feeling soft, waist was 32.5" this morning which wasn’t bad, but the next 5 days will be kept super tight and will make sure to do my cardio and see how I look at the end of the week. Can’t be getting soft yet! No lifting today as training partner is busy, I’m going in later for some intervals on the stepmill, abs, and pooltime.
I think you shouldn’t do the physique division, out of courtesy for the other guys. <3

You’re definitely not Zyzz and your chest shape is pretty weird but your big weak point, legs, would be covered by the board shorts and your arms don’t look bad when you’re lean and relaxed. Everything else is pretty decent. I think you’d be better at it than you think. You have the look facially (no homo, srs, lol).

ponce, lol at the idea of my little brother lifting. He’s a collegiate tennis player and a super late bloomer to boot (does look like he’s about to turn 19, does it?). My dad is glad I’m doing something active but doesn’t think all the ‘extra weight’, as well as the fluctuations in bodyfat and scale weight, to be especially healthy. Overall supportive, though.
evan, i’m about 204-205 in the mornings right now, but I’m not happy with the way I’m looking this week so hopefully after a regularly week of lifting and cardio that will be down a couple pounds and I’ll look a bit tighter. I’ll post a pic next week so people can evaluate my fat levels and keep me honest.

Pretty brutal back session today, and I threw in some bis after but cut it short cuz I was tooooooasted. Did some unconventional stuff as well as revisited some things I havent done in awhile. All felt good.

One-armed machine rows - some selectorized chest-supported row. braced hand against the machine and let her rip.
forget what weights used, but it was 3 sets, 12 LR, 10 LR, and then 6 LR, I think the last set was around 200lbs. Shit felt good. Good squeezes.
High pulley one-armed cable rows
again, 3 sets, 14, 12, 10 reps (LR), up to the stack. He had to hold me down on the last one cuz the stack weighs about what I do, lol.
T-bar rows, close grip, with 1 full sec. hold - small ROM due to the way Im built, lol, but again, great squeezed.
3 dropsets (3 plates, 2 plate, 1 plate), roughly 8-10 reps per plate. Exhausted.
Rope straight arm pulldowns
3 dropsets. 10 → 8 → 6. lots of reps. death.
Then I did some incline curls (30s, 40s, 45s) for around 8 reps per set, then 2 sets of hammer curls (55s x 8, 70s x 6 drop 35s x some drop 15s x some).
then i dipped. luv.
