1 thing, someone asked you back around page 20 what’s your form like on db laterals, I was thinking the same. Next shoulder workout could you chuck up a video? Shoulders are a def. weakpoint of mine, and I remember one time you did like 80s (so over 30kg) for about 10 reps!?

Perspective/ look at your motion and form would be really great.

Lol i guess not.

I was more trying to see what he does with his back/traps during the positive part. If I go heavier I start to shrug up.

On page 11 you talked about full-ROM laterals being to the 40s, then you went and did 60s for 30 reps… so just curious

Around the 2 minute mark I start doing lateral raises. I think I got up to 75s that day. I dunno, it’s not strict form, but it could be worse. I have decent delts. Luv.

Ok on second watch, form is kinda sloppy, but I remember feeling not that great that day. I’ll make a video next shoulder day (though I only go up to 60s or 65s now).

FWIW I think they looked ok. You start out quite bent over, which allows you hip extension at the start, while still remaining fairly bent over. Leading with the elbows, which except for maybe final 2 reps always came within an inch of parallel to the floor. Definitely not ‘paused, 3 second concentric’ but this is not a problem as long as you don’t feel pain

oh, i thought you were doin the side laterals arms straight out to side.

still though…pretty strong, I guess :wink:
