Apparently chugging 2 energy drinks after 1AM makes it difficult to fall asleep. I didn’t sleep at all last night. Stared at the clock from 4 to 6:30 when I threw in the towel and got up and studied. Test was hard, but fuck it, Im done with the semester and with Japanese forever.
Took a 3 hour nap , then got up and hit some back. I was groggy as fuck and obvi my body didn’t feel great but I had an enjoyable workout. Changed some things around and focused on squeezes and stuff and it was cool?
Warmed the SHIT out of my rotator cuff and shoulders. SO tight from doing chest and shoulders on consec days and not sleeping haha.

5 ascending sets, first 3 warmups with a painfully long contraction and slow eccentric, last workset was as heavy as the machine goes.
One-armed machine rows (never do this thing but felt like being sexi)
Was kinda awkward, but I think I did 3 sets per arm, up to maybe 120lbs for 8-10 reps? odd machine. I wish we had HS stuff.
Underhand pulldowns

315x8 (felt much easier than 275. Amazing what getting into the right mindset will do.)
1 set shrugs, skipped rears today.
Curls on the lat pulldown (hands as close together as possible)
5 ascending sets up to 100lbs I think. Sexy pump/short rest periods.
