Will be following your training. Funny that our lifts and weight are about the same but you are taller than me ( I am vertically challenged). You must have stuck out like a sore thumb in Japan where apparently its the rage for the guys to be skinnier than the girls.

Bear, you must look way thicker than me. I’m thankful for my height, but it’s gonna take us 6 footers and above a lil longer to fill out, especially with less than optimal muscle genetics.

Japan was a hoot. It was my 3rd time there, and after 4 years of studying the language, I think I’m throwing in the towel. Just not for me, living and working there. Thanks for stopping by!

So delts and arms went fairly well. Training partner wanted to try some different stuff. My RC was feeling a lil tight on the right side at first, and after delts while doing tris, the left side was gettin tight. May have hurt my numbers a bit, but regardless, it was a good session.

Was wearing a Tmuscle shirt today, and some guy asked how I knew about it, and asked if my training partner or I were on cycle. NOPE! :slight_smile:

Suboptimal eating and sleep (even for me) this week. Fuck you school. Still felt pretty pumped going into this workout, but as punishment for not foamrolling and stretching regularly the last few weeks, my IT band started throbbing to the point that I couldn’t stand. By the time I got to squats, I called it a day and foam rolled the shit out of everything.

Only highlights really are finally going heavy again on SLDLs (365x10). Sadly, thats about when shit started hurtin.

Good delt and arm day. Shoulder presses didn’t go too great (was having trouble kicking up the second 110lb DB), but everything else was on point. Decided to alternate bi and tri exercises also. Lastly, some guy approached me about bouncing at a classy bar here in Austin. Might look into that we’ll see.

God that looks like a lot of volume. I guess it’s kind of a lot. Got it done in about an hour 15.

Was mondo sick last week (flu, yuck). Was out of the gym except once. Lost a good 7 lbs. Now I’m back though. Finals time has come. In a few weeks I’ll have time to really eat and grow and hopefully put on a few more quality lbs in the next couple months before transitioning to a diet phase.

Back and bis today. With school being a focus it’s hard for me to be 100% in the gym since my eating and schedule are all over the place and i get in workouts when I can. For some reason today I felt like deadlifting (I never deadlift anymore really… i should though.)

I am about 6ft 2in, BW fluctuates between 255-260 at the moment. The goal was to bulk till I hit 600 on squat, got it in single ply monday night, so now I’m not sure where to go haha.

Solid lifting. Just read through here. I’ll be happy if I’m to where you are by my senior year (sophomore currently). I don’t know how you go heavy on squats after all those other leg lifts. If I do anything before squats my squat poundages go way down. Keep it up man!

haha I aint that good. Raw 600lb squat is still far off, single ply is what I did. As far as physique goes, right now I just enjoy lifting heavy more than physique building, per se. When my joints cant handle it then I will concentrate on building a more polished physique. Right now, as long as I can look myself in the mirror and not be grossed out, then my physique is fine haha.

Word dude. Thats still damn impressive. I’ve never had more than 505 on my back so thats crazy. I feel you on not looking at yourself in the mirror and getting grossed out. You have nothing to worry about though, i see those t-vixens all over you haha.

Final exam in the morning, then working a catering tomorrow that pays 27 bucks an hour (from 2pm to 10pm, zing), so no training manana. Train hard guys, and thanks to you momos that read!

Hmm thought I posted a reply last night but apparently the internet didn’t want to let it through.
I’m weighing in around 180 (avatar is at 172), Bench max around 210-220 (usually do dumbells), Squat max is around 275 (just started doing them again this summer…stupid), deadlifts max is probably in the low/mid 300’s, I did 275 for 12 today. Not nearly as high as I’d like them to be, but it is what it is. Can’t get my damn arms to grow either, which is frustrating. lol.
