i know you were gonna at least try and get a few quick workouts in and try to eat as clean as possible.

what tips can you offer for trying to balance lifting/eating while on vaca?

last week was the most fun week of my life. way too much epicness to comment on now.

Havent touched a weight in a week, or any healthy food for that matter. Just subway and alcohol pretty much. Hooray!

Your young - gotta have fun! I trained with Dave Tate at Elite Fitness this weekend…fun…yes, probably not as much as fun as you had though…hahaha…Dave and I have an article coming soon on the training…I’ll have a training lab up soon to fyi…just waiting for Biotest to get it put up…

Not such a strong mofo today, ponce, haha. Was running around like a chicken with my head cut off today, didn’t have time to eat real meals, so all I had were 2 whey shakes and 4tbsp PB all day. Had a poptart preworkout but that didn’t quite do the trick. I was excited to be in the gym, but strength and stamina just wasn’t there today.
