I couldn’t get into my music, one of my headphones was out, and my training partner (who can annoy my sometimes) wouldn’t STFU. put me in a bad mood to the point where every person that was being a fucktard I wanted to rip their faces off. not good. very out of character.

Hah, thanks guys. Looking at what I can see from the video, I need to work on my form too. Next time will lower the weight a bit and be much more controlled and deliberate.
Being a senior, I know pretty much “everyone” in the gym. I don’t mind chatting for a sec while I’m warming up, stretching, doing BS stuff, but sometimes people want to have a goddamned fullblown convo right before I go for a big set, lol.

I have a friend who is 5’7" and about 230, big enough that everyone wants to talk to him or ask him for a spot. He was about to go for 460(ish)x5 on deads and people wouldn’t leave him alone. He finally just told them to shut the hell up and leave him alone so he could lift.
Damn, that’s a big fucking kid. Kudos to him.

I also just get the skull candy 15 dollar ones. The last ones I had lasted me a pretty good while, 4 months or more. I basically just got another pair in a different color.
