I’m tired of wastin money on mixed PWO shakes - Its just as good if not better to use pure isolate and maltodextrine - correct? - incorrect? - provide your vits and mineral are taken care of - of course.
I assume a serving with 40gms worth of protein - how much ,maltodextrine should I be taking - I got to be careful as after some bloodwork about 3 months ago the doc said I was borderline diabetic. I eat really clean so must have been pre and post workout sugar that did it.
