I give the kid credit, but ‘budging it’ and rack lockouts are two different things.
WTF?

That’s why I called it a partial. But to have that kind of grip strength at 13? That’s no joke

well… look closer at how he’s lifting it. There’s really no telling how much of that is grip and how much is thigh.
EDIT: again, I give him props for his age
And he is using straps with the 1000lb

True inspiration to me. I’ll be heading to the gym today, with this in mind all the time.
That dude snatched 200kg raw at 19? The oly record is 212.5…
Holy Shite.
I have no idea what the hell that was or how it applies to UFC. Props to him on the squat and DL, though
It was the only video I had off hand of a young kid training with real movements, well the first two anyway. The rest of the video was just a local outing to the UFC gym where the BioDensity machine was pitched, it’s the fastest way to test AND build strength!
wtf he’s 6 foot tall and 230 pounds at THIRTEEN!!!

There is absolutely no way that machine will translate into any real world strength. It is just a bunch of snake oil. But that kid is definitely wicked strong.
