Did some dl’s 135x2, 185x2, 225x2, 255x2, 275 x2
Tried fs using the ssb bar. I am SUSPECT of this. They seem a bit easier and more like a regular squat. Cant seem to get much depth on my first tries. So I take this with a grain of salt. Bar I think is 60 #
ssb front sq 150x5, 170x10, 190x5, 200, 210, 220, 230,235 fail.
I need to sort out my dead lift plans. HMMMM.

How close are your front squats to back squats now? I was making decent progress on them but that really slowed down lately and I think its because I let them get too close in weight, so my back squat weight might be a limiting factor in increasing fronts. Never used SSB so I don’t know if they compare to the other 2.

I am going at em next week. I don’t quite understand what some of the descriptions mean. I do get the micro, green etc stuff refers to the size of the bands themselves, but reverse bands I don’t understand :{

Reverse bands is just how the bands are set up. Rev band deads…hang the bands from the top of the rack, hook the ends over the bar, helps off the floor, depending on length, etc. it deloads more and more at the top of the pull, so it’s possible to lock out more “weight” than you are pulling off the floor.
Same goes for squats and benching too.
So depending how bands are setup. did you see Gracie’s Rev band DL video on the womenslifting site?

OK, So now I have options. For trouble off the floor, train with chains for more of a drag, for trouble lockig out–as in grinders and hitching, use bands to strengthen that out? I think I finally understand them.
So how’d it go? You get some band work in?
