How do you find the overheads are on your wrists? That’s my sticking point. Obviously I’m nowhere near as strong as you but even holding an empty oly bar puts a strain on the old wrists.
hey cal–well, my wrist do sometimes get sore. But nothing that doesn’t go away in an hour or so. I have had a few sprains in my past and weak wrists to begin with…but never anything too serious.
so yes, they get achy but it goes away quickly for me.
