i agree that you look great! i guess only experimenting with both would tell you whether you have more strength to bodyweight at a higher or lower bodyweight. but, really, don’t lose weight 'cause you think you will look better 'cause you look lovely just the way you are

was going to rep out with 225 but knew i’d blow it, too tired. not sore, not ouchey just outta pep.
SO i shall rest, pick up wherever whenever.
I usually can’t perform heavy deads and bench on the same day. I pick a lift to go heavy and the other I’ll rep out instead…

some tricep pull dows and pully thing rows a few sets of 8-10. I never train triceps so I didn’t want to be too busted.
