today
benching 115x11,125x4,135x2,115x9, 125x4,135,140–about 90 percent. with a spot i’d have it i think, 115x8,125x3,135
bend over bb rows 95x11,x10, x10, 105x6, 115x5, 1120, 125, 1130, 135 x maybe 3 or so. turned into pendelay’s dropping onto floor then pickin up
clean to push press- 1105x8,x7, 115x4, 125, 130, 35 up but not all the way overhead. failure of right elbow to extend!! nerd. then 95x15
TOTALLY did this because of FRENCHIE. My back felt really warmed up and great, so i tried some deads
bar x5, 135x3 or so, 185, 225x21 ![]()
warm down,abs etc,sauna even…ohhhh.

Notice the Tattoos inside! LOL!
Add a cape to the stripes and you’re Super Brute! I love it!
