You’re my hero too!! :D!! i think i honestly just get lucky–A LOT. i’m a spoiled brat and totally lean towards things i feel i’m better at and ignore many others. through bazzarro methods stuff just kinda happens–i do things wrong, but look the other way because it makes me feel better at the time… I have LOTS of problems with form and crap that i need to address.such as today’s squats :{ buahh!..but i do this to make me feel happy, so i admit tuff stuff makes me stop and loose it.

inbetween all this i was doing wide stance squats of 135x4. i got excited seeing vikki’s vid on fb.
push presses 95x21, 115x8, 125x5
squats- 185, 225x2, 245x2, 265, 280–bit high. wasn’t feeling it so i tried some reps 224x10–been a thousand years since i repped back squats. i got them low enough but my god i have the prototypical Brute Strange Squat going on. A lot of lower back, crumple style. It so hard to change…so hard to change…bluh
I’ve attempting to fix this but indirectly. fronties’ and over heads, trying to get upright, Brute Bazzaroo Squat its embedded in my bones. MY bones!!!
