Nice work in here Brute. Strong lifts and feeling good… except for the sleep. So tough when you’re forced to vary from what your body wants to do. Do you ever use meditation or breathing exercises? Sometimes that has helped me in the past when I had trouble falling asleep.
P.S. I’m making my way around the logs to get my fill of all of the accessory work that I haven’t been doing 'cause of the GVT. You know that I love bulgarians. Thanks for doing them
You are turning in great numbers on the lifts, really impressive. I can not believe how strong you are. I hope the sleep turns around for you. I have been a night shifter for a long time. So I feel the pain. For me, benadryl and bourbon work as a decent sedative. Not that I would want to be seen as promoting the use of alcohol and drugs. Of course that comes from the person posting at 0200 in the morning. Anyway just stopping in to wish you the best of luck.
Looks like the time away from benching hasn’t hurt you guys at all. 1.75 reps eh? Is that like a ‘P’ in spades? Do you do any rowing? I don’t remember seeing it in the lists; might give your bench that extra little something. Also let me say that while your upper end benching is good, the 115x10,8 is very impressive.

I got paid nothing for my time as a rat. I like both professors running the study, and I figure if I want to do one while I’m there putting in time as a subject will make them more likely to give me a hand (this is time #2 as a rat, both times involved a treadmill grumble). I also just like cheese a lot, what can I say?
