front squats 135x17, 145x10,x10, 155x6, 165x4, 175x2, 185, 190, FAIL FAIL 195
abs,stretch, etc. Kimba has me wanting to do a plankathon. did a plank for the first time in a while. they suck.

1 plank for 2 mins, not to bad, tried to multi task after and put sunblock on. whoops. became too slippery…so yeah…had to stop doing planks ;}

You need to do the next strongman with me. You’d be great at it, with your height and front squat ability. You ever around at 9am on Saturdays? That’s when Colorado Pro Gym does training, I’d love to have you with me.

i would love too! :frowning: but i work weekend nights, i don’t usually get off work saturday mornings until 8 and am fried afterwards.

I would love to do a comp with you though!

weirdo workout. benching…i started with too much wt on the initial set and it put a damper on my life force. so i messed a bit. not going to count this as a benching day.

125x3x3 sets, 130, 115x7,x5
got depressed so i did squats

squats-bar,135,185,225, 245,265, 275, 280, 285, 290–bit high so i redid it, 290 , 295 FAIL However, I wasn’t going to leave without getting it. So 295 again–got it! 300 stitch high, 300 again hideously UGLY as all get out but a bit better depth wise. quite a fight to get up --fine by me!

damn your squats! it is awesome how you do squats as your feel good exercise. maybe there is hope for me. i don’t quite understand how much you weigh (don’t do pounds, really) but i do know that i reckon you look terrific. i’d be much happier if i was built all strong like you graw. i might even enjoy squats, then.

hey alexus! lets see…i’m 77.3 kilos as of today, so i have quite a bit of weight over you! I’ve forgotten what a stone is, so can’t do it that way :slight_smile:

you got a bunch more muscle than me, thats where you put it. i can tell by looking at your tattoos / abs. and by seeing how much you lift.

Your tenacity (mule headedness? :P) is great; not a lot of people go after a weight they fail on much less smash it.
