Well,I’ve been working all week, and finally get my weekend! THANK GOD.

I also have been cheap Brute…and not wanting to go to the store and get food since i’m low on funds. So…of course its the holidays and everyone brings in loads of food. that i take home.and eat. I am proud that i didn’t binge out on anything, but i have been meeting my regular daily calric needs–but just with crap.

Also I had a drink which i haven’t had in about four years as well this week. Just a bunch of not so healthy blobo this week.

And i feel it today while i deadlifted!! I had dairy–chocolate and cheese-- and i though i was ok, but now I feel all inflamed and lethargic. BASATRD! Oh…and also …I was a little stiff from a luxurious 13 hours of sleep saturday —excuses excuses!

deadlifts:
bar,135,185,225,255, 275,285x5, x4, 275x3x5sets, 225x12–which i could have gone much more at that set,i should have!!

then i lost it and only got 225x2… BOOO!!!I don’t like it!! I left after that mess.

So its going to be clean up time. Chicken and salsa for the next few days. get my system back in line. WORD

I think i’m going to do gvt for benching at the beginning, then try maxes at the end of the week. I hasn’t taken very long for me to be bored with it. SO reps it is just to get me interested.
