He’s back! And ready to compete! I could just bust!

Glad to hear your wife is doing better and very glad you’re posting again.

Nice to see you back … with some new goals, no less! That’s the spirit!

Tried sending some healthy vibes your way. Hey, maybe it helped?

Check Ontario Powerlifting web site. They have both full Pl meets and some push/pull meets. Or you could try virtual meet.net.

Glad you’re back and hope your wife is doing well. I’ll bet the truth is that you were driving her up the wall and around the bend and she kicked you out of the house and made you go to the gym to give her some peace and quiet.

Yeah… heheheh… you are probably right there. Thanks for the info, I will do some research. It would be nice to know what level I need to achieve to be competitive, what I have to get my poundages up to.

Solid Workout bunny. Those are strong numbers.

Glad things are better on the homefront and you’re back. Good lifting.

Great to have you back. Glad to hear the wife is OK. Your numbers don’t seem to have suffered from the time away from the gym.

We have all been waiting to get you back Bunny. Glad to hear that everyone is doing better and that you have a new goal in mind.

Your first couple workouts look like the same old stuff, lots of reps and lots of weight.

Keep us updated and welcome back…

Glad you are back. Had been worried.

Thanks guys for all your support, I have been chomping at the bit to ge back at 'er.

I seem to be catching back up pretty quick to the numbers I had before in some movements, others, it will take some time. And boy, am I sore… but it feels good.

Had a hockey game last night, so got some cardio in too…

I have to decide over the next couple of months what weight category I will be competing in… 242-275/ under 242 or over 275. I am currently sitting at 255 + or - 3 pounds.

I am also trying to find the winning poundages from last year(s)for each weight category in the Masters Division so I know where I stand, and what to shoot for.

I know that my bench sucks, so I have a lot of work to do in this area… is it possible to gain 60-100 pounds in the bench press in 10 months… drug free? Guys, help me out? Is it possible, and if so, suggestions to help optimize my bench?

Bunzilla! Great to see you back!

Welcome back, bun. I’m training for a contest January 31st. I’m also wanting to find some local strongman competitions to compete in.

Thanks Soldog… Walleye…
Working midnight shift for the next 7 days… this really sucks

Well, at 2.5 lb improvement a week, I think it is possible. I’m always amazed at how little improvements add up. But that is how my work-outs have gone, small improvements stacked together over a period of years.

Nice lifts bunnydude.
