Brother's 741 Gangsta Proclivities

Did some rehab today, doc said that I need ‘hip mobility.’ So, he showed me how to do the whole DeFranco’s Agile 8 thingy again, so I’ll be getting a foam roller soon (for personal use, they have a dozen or so at the gym) and doing that every morning.

I am posting my daily schedule today as I think I finally have it set:

0645 - Start the Day - I sit up a kill a Monster, and I answer phone calls and text messages I have missed.

0700 - Chores/Random - I do a few chores (write even), I clean up from last night. If I do not have any chores for the day, I will grab the fishing pole and go head out to the local pond for an hour and a half. Since most days are chores, I might put my hip mobility here before I take a shower.

0800 - Dolled Up - I take a shower, brush my teeth, shave my face, lotion the skin, powder the body, cologne the chest, put the contacts in, and other misc. stuff like clip the nails or reline my hairline.

0830 - Most important meal - I head over to the local Parish for daily Mass.

0930 - 2nd important meal - I go the local diner or go home and have breakfast. I go over my to-do list.

0930 - spittin’ game on the mic - pretty much if I don’t talk to people, I don’t make money. So, for two hours in the morning I spit as much game as I can. This is far better than knocking on doors all day.

1130 - po’ boy - I go work at the local St. Vincent kitchen

1230 - 5/3/1 - I go lift. I hit it hard, and quick. Right now 5/3/1 with rehab. It feels good to constantly hit reps and get stronger without feeling horrible afterwards.

1330 - Free lunch - I eat with a partner; see how I can help them. Usually talk personal stuff.

1430 - Nap time - I love naps, they are the best. So, I take one before I make my afternoon phone calls.

1500 - Spitting game on the mic - again, I spit game on the phone for a couple hours. I hope that close some deals, hopefully get new work, hopefully, hopefully, hopefully.

1700 - nom nom nom time - I eat supper with my father. Every night, since I was born, and I have sat down at his table and ate his supper. I have missed a few, but if I can help it, I will eat supper with him and eat again, with whoever invited me.

1800 - HAPPY HOUR - this is the best time of the day. I invite some friend(s) to a local watering hole. All I do is shoot the shit here. If business comes up, business comes up. Otherwise good time.

1900 - peace - I hang out with the woman, friends, poker, read, write, plan, study, or whatever I want.

2200 - Communication - I write some more, most of this is personal or thank you notes.

Ok, I’ve just started doing Agile 8 like, a week ago and I feel so much better!
I’m deloading this week so haven’t gotten a chance to test out my new mobility on squats and such, but my flexbility has gotten better.

I’m happy =D

Who “woman”?
Whatcha talkin’ bout Chris?

I know, I know. And to think it’s a de-load week. Surprised I can even move in the mornings.

Okay, gotta go. I am going to pick someone up from the airport.

Yup, she just got back from Honduras and I took her to a nice Italian place.

Eww I hate Italian.

I no longer jelly.

…You don’t like Italian? Why not?

I hate pasta. Well, I only like ravioli and lasagna. But I don’t want to go to an italian restaurant and the only thing that I ever buy is ravioli and lasagna (especially since I’m picky about my lasagna).
It’s weird because I’m a carboholic but hate one of the top foods in culture packed with carbs.

Lol. I didn’t have pasta. I had fresh baked garlic bread and EVOO, that is about as much carbs I had besides vegetables. Italian doesn’t use much pasta if it’s good.

My plate was marinated and grilled fish with a shrimp cocktail.

See, it’s that kind of food that I dislike.
It’s not only the pasta. Just… how they make things. LOL?

Garlic bread and EVOO is good though. I’m okay with any bread.
However, I also hate breadsticks.
See, I’m so complicated.

You hate fish and shrimp cocktail (it didn’t have regular cocktail sauce, it had some kind of pico de gallo stuff instead, delicious)? You live in the NE and Florida?

DB Bench
25x5
35x5
45x5,5,5,5,5 (because I can and I felt like being a douche)

I took my truck and pushed them x8 for about 40 yards

Squat
45x5
95x5
135x5,5

I flipped a tire for 8 for 8 sets. I have no clue what the tire weighs, but I just do it across my back yard.

Beer time, anyone ever drink Land Shark?

nope - what type of brew is it? I’ve never heard of it.
