Sundays Arms �?? Was feeling a bit off, I got super high the night before with my dad, gf and best friend and I lifted early the next morning due to time constraints. Felt like I wasn�??t hydrated enough, got light headed/dizzy a few times throughout workout when pushing out the last few reps especially on the CGBP.

*Disappointed with progress on these this session. I was positioned with the bar coming almost to my chin on the first set on accident and that kinda messed me up, would have liked to gotten at least 11 for the first set.

*Next session I�??m going to have no choice but to start using 2 separate dumbbells. I�??m already doing a very slow negative and holding the stretched position for a second or two.

*These are starting to get brutal on the grip, might try using straps when I do them after reading over at IM that a lot of guys use straps so that the grip wont limit the ability to properly hit the forearms with pinwheel / hammer curls.
Tricep Pressdown (strait bar, narrow grip):

*This is the entire stack plus 2 45plates put on using a pin from the lat pulldown station. Not sure how to add any more weight. Lol
Superset with Reverse-grip EZbar Curl:

*Used a 1second hold at the very top position to make these harder instead of adding more reps again. Going to use the adjustable EZbar next session so I can go back to normal and just add more weight.
