Finished with some seated calf raises and rope crunches and hobbled out of the gym. Had a nice talk with one of the big guys I always chat with where he basically complemented me on my recent size gains and gave me motivation to keep going and fuck anyone who says otherwise.

Deadlift session from last night. The weights was flying off the ground.

The first few sets were easy, I couldn’t believe it. Looking forward to bench on Friday. I’m absolutely loving this program.

Today I am hitting chest after work then rushing home to shower and go out for my birthday dinner…I’m going to this badass place that I go every year the last few years on my birthday and I’m debating between the huge ass prime rib or a big new york steak + lobster tail…of course I will be getting baked potatoes with either decision. Oh I’m excited.

Btw, turned 22 today since I know someone will ask how old I am now.

Comments: thought i was gonna shed a tear during those last side laterals, nothing makes you feel like a big man more then having to hoist the 15 pounders up to the top rack.

Made a run at baking up some “superfood” protein muffins last night. It did not go as well as i hoped, turned out more like a granola texture, but i got a gallon baggie of the stuff and i snacked on it during work today, and on the walk home after my workout, so i guess its serving a purpose.

Tastes like cranberries,chocolate protein,honey and ass though.

Hey dre - I called my local Adventure16 yesterday and they are bringing a pair of black TSOs in my size in from another store and should be there by tomorrow afternoon. The GF is buying them for me. :slight_smile: Can’t wait to start wearing them to the gym. I am always constantly taking my shoes off and then putting them back on between exercises because I like to be barefoot for pretty much any exercise where I am pushing through my feet in any way. Actually I really just like to be barefoot as often as possible, lol.
