Damn bro that sucks about both situations! I know how that shit feels about the lifting heavy and “too loud” bullshit too. At my gym there’s some old fucker who complains anytime I deadlift or t-bar row heavy. Luckily I’m friend with more than half the people that work at my gym so they just come pretend to talk to me about it then leave. lol

I could…down a protein shake then start downing some sliders. I would ONLY do this immediately post-workout though.

I personally have never had white-castle. Wish I knew where there was one close to my house…I may have to search online.

I must be weird then, because after I benched 315, I was kind of relieved, i had been chasing that since i was sophomore in high school, so once it was done, I decided I was kinda done with flat bench barbell pressing, at least for a while.

Flat benching with a barbell tends to hurt my shouders, and it doesn’t do much for me aesthetically, hits pretty much just my lower pecs, and who out there is pushing for more lower chest mass ?

Im a natural presser though, and I know it will always be there for me when I wanna go back.

Regardless of what the nutritional facts may read, I have the feeling that i’d be getting just as much fat and carbs and I would protein when downing a dozen sliders or so.

And thats about as many as it would take to even put a dent in my hunger.

I’ll never understand people who can’t eat enough to gain size, I am pretty much always down to destroy some food. If it wasnt for my vanity, i would completely be down for rocking the powerlifter bulk/power belly and eating hostess snack cakes like I was Dave Tate circa 2003.

I don’t think that’s weird, I think it’s just different goals. Right now I don’t give two shits about how I look aesthetically. I want to put on size and gain strength.

And at my size, benching 315 ain’t shit. I use to hate benching, it hurt my shoulders, I have long arms, I suck at it, blah, blah, blah. But ever since I’ve changed my form, worked on setting up properly, I’ve started to like benching again.

I’m like you man, I fucking love eating and have no issues eating enough to gain size…I have to control myself actually so I don’t get too fat lol.

About the burgers - post workout I say anything goes. I’ve eaten entire trays of chinese food post workout, couple days ago I ate 3 spicy chicken sandwhiches from Carl’s (99 cents each!). I plan to someday eat an entire pizza for a post workout meal, probably following a leg day.

ive done the whole pizza thing post workout.

And we all know that Chinese buffets have magical powers post workout, it goes double if they have sushi.

I just dont feel like there is a whole lot of actual “food” in a white castle burger.

Notes: Rack chins went much better today I actually felt them so I’m excited to start progressing in them. Bent-over rows I’m getting stronger with better form for reps, so I’ll be upping the weight slower than other things as to not fuck up my lower back and compromise decent form.

DB Rows… well I fucking wrecked that shit. The powerlifting team uses one of the rooms at the gym with the heaviest DB’s so I had to go in there and get the big boy… one guy was such a douchebag. Oh well. Right arm, got 20 with no breaks, then took a few breaths, and banged out the last 5. I was winded as fuck for the left arm and got 10 in a row, then the rest in 5 rep spurts. I was loud haha and I collapsed against the wall afterwords.

Solid day. Arms tomorrow yesssssssss. Make these little .22’s put on some size!
